how do you do!? my name is George M. Cohan. I was born on July 3, 1878, but was said to certainly be born on the 4th of July.I am a american actor, song writer, playwright, and producer. I am most famous for the song I made called "yankee-doodle." Two things that I think is very interesting is that when I was the age of 14, me and my family were performers, and I wanted my father to book us to perform but he didn't, until I bought a train ticket and prepared to run off myself. Happily my father did not want to run away, so he said that we'll just all go together. Also I fell in love with a very similar women that was talented in singing and comedian. Her name is Ethel Levey.
